The Ninth Annual University of Miami Three Minute Thesis Competition took place on February 28, 2025, at the Storer Auditorium.
The 2025 Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition at the University of Miami once again highlighted the remarkable research and communication skills of our graduate students. The competition featured an impressive lineup of competitors representing a diverse range of disciplines. The distinguished panel of judges included:
Taylor Wright, M.M. student in the Frost School of Music
Thesis- Infant-Directed Singing and Same-Sex Fathers: Two Instrumental Case Studies
Anya Sondhi, Ph.D. student in the Miller School of Medicine
Dissertation- Overcoming Obstacles in CAR-T Cell Therapy to Treat Blood Cancers
The first-place winner goes on to represent the University of Miami at the Conference of Florida Graduate Schools (CFGS) 3MT competition, competing against top presenters from other universities across the state.
We congratulate all the competitors for their outstanding presentations and extend our gratitude to the judges, advisors, and audience members who made the 2025 competition a success.
